This ongoing project includes demolition & abatement, framing and drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, HVAC, electrical, Audio, Video, LAN & Data Communications in the renovation of an auditorium, cafeteria, and offices.

Federal IT
SAN provided ED Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) open source technological solutions that enable the Department of Education to deliver world-class service to schools, students and their families.

As the manager of thousands of federal properties, GSA is a national leader in providing sustainable and innovative solutions for design, workplace management and construction. SAN provides IT, lighting, security, electrical, audio, videoconferencing, LAN & data communications to multiple GSA projects across agencies.

SAN supports the VA Innovation Initiative (I2), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), VHA Patient Care Radiology Diagnostic Services (PCS), the National Teleradiology Program (NTP), the Medical Device Isolation Architecture, Radiology Dose Monitoring, VISN wide PACS (Picture Archive and Communications Systems) design and acquisition support, and architecture. SAN is an expert in both the current legacy VistA system and in the reengineering modernization effort. SAN provided technical design, development and testing expertise for multiple VistA Imaging software development releases.

SAN supports the Department of Defense TRICARE Management Activity Office of Information Management, Technology and Reengineering. Our expertise in defining the architectural design and data standards for sharing of images and their related information across agencies. We defined the Wounded Warrior transfer to VA Polytrauma Center concept of operations and data exchange models, including the security architecture, the functional requirements, the use case scenarios, and the enterprise architectural diagrams.

The USAISR is dedicated to both laboratory and clinical trauma research. Its mission is to provide requirements-driven combat casualty care medical solutions and products for injured soldiers. The JTTR is the repository for all DOD trauma related data, including traumatic brain injury and embedded fragments. SAN provided management support.
Healthcare IT

ACC-NCDR
The American College of Cardiology-National Cardiovascular Data Registry is a confidential quality measurement program for cardiac and vascular facilities.
SAN Business Consultants designed and implemented the ACC-NCDR's new CARE Registry data collection system.

Veterans Health Administration
SAN provides support to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information and Technology and Patient Care Services.

SAN supports the American Dental Association (ADA) with DICOM, HL7 and IHE expertise.

Florida Blue
SAN architects Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida (Florida Blue) provider connectivity solutions including IHE Patient Administration Management (PAM) and implementation of HL7 Clinical Data Architecture (CDA) for Meaningful Use Stage 2 (MU2). SAN developed an Innovation concept for CareXP that rewards practitioners and patients.

i-dontics Dental Scanning Centers
SAN provided a patient data architecture plan to the i-dontics Imaging Centers that supports document and workflow management, storage and archiving needs and requirements for imaging and documentation, development of a Web-based service environment, HIPAA impact analysis, patient data retention, compression, disposal, and data protection requirements, applications development considerations in creating software platforms, applications data security and control, technical support structure requirements / alternatives, in a 24/7 service environment.
Training
DIGITAL IMAGING AND COMMUNICATIONS IN MEDICINE (DICOM)
SAN teaches and consults in DICOM, the world wide medical imaging standard. SAN training uses real-world examples and open source toolkits.
